Refund policy

In line with EU consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason. To start a return, please contact us at contact@nohaircrew.com and include your order number.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please clearly write your order number on the outside of the return parcel so we can process it quickly.
