Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with applicable EU consumer protection laws. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at contact@nohaircrew.com and include your order number.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. Please clearly write your order number on the outside of the return parcel so we can process your return quickly.
